Young Athletes Program Training Offering
YOUNG ATHLETES TRAINING
We offer multiple times and days for our young athlete’s program training sessions. We do have limited size classes of 6 spots so you must register ahead of time for each individual class. We offer package deals. This should be a four week/8 session program to see the major results as the baseline program.
We do offer 8 and 12 session programs and the more frequently the young athlete comes , the better the results. Looking to focus on overall strength, power, agility and proper nutrition for these athletes.
